Ordering is really simple, without having to wait for a member of our team to reply to you.

All you have to do is search for the products you would like either using the search bar at the top of the website or alternatively you can browse our seperate collections to see whether anything catches your eye.

When you find a product you like make sure you select the correct size and quantity from the drop down menus on the product page and just add it to your cart.

Once you have finished looking and have found all that you'd like to purchase just go to your cart where you'll see the items you've previously added and then select proceed to checkout.

Once in the checkout all you have to do is select your preferred payment method and pay for your order. Once paid you will get an email confirming your order.

I seem to have been asked this a few times so far so I thought this would be the best way to aid you without having to wait for a member of our team to reply.

Using a discount code is relatively simple.

How to use:

When you have the code you'd like to use and you have added all your items to the cart, you have to view your cart and proceed to the payment section also known as "proceed to checkout". Once on this page you'll be able to enter the preferred discount code of your choice as long as its still active. You may need to click on "show order summary" to be able to enter the code, this depends on if your on a PC or mobile. Once added you'll see the amount you've saved along with your overall total which you can then go onto finish the checkout process.

Dont forget to use the code you have to actually be on the checkout page not just your cart, or if we have shared the active discount link and you've clicked on this it will automatically be applied to your order so you won't have to do anything.

I get multiple queries a day asking what the turn around time is on orders so i'd like to make it easier to answer for you.

All vinyl decals are cut to order rather than it all been ready to dispatch straight away. Cut time can take anywhere from same day - 7 days depending on quantity of order.

Stickers are printed within 1-3 days.

Currently orders are cut Tuesday-Friday/Saturday.

When an order is dispatched from us, you will in turn receive an email with your order fulfilment and it will taken to the post office that day.

When your order is dispatched it will usually take 1-3 days to arrive to you.

We only send via STANDARD first class service, this service does not come with a tracking number.

Alot of you may be wondering what emails you will receive from us when ordering or even after ordering.

We have automatic emails which will be sent when you order/abandon your cart which are.

Abandoned cart emails: These are automatic and will only be sent if you make it to the checkout page but don't go through with your purchase. These will automatically be sent after 24hrs of you abandoning your cart so if you got distracted and forgot about it you'll easily be able to recover your cart and complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation: Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation order to say your order has been sucessful along with an order number.

Order Fulfilled: This will be received once i have marked your order as fulfilled and has been dispatched, as I will be posting standard 1st class there will be no tracking number included.

Discounts: I may from time to time send out emails when having discounts, this could be anything from Sales to black friday discounts. This helps you not miss out on any deals when they are here!

Please know that at present these are the only emails you will receive from us as we are yet to set up News emails which won't be in the works for a little while yet. So please know that we won't bombard you with useless emails the only ones you will receive are ones named above.
